Product Return / Re-Shipping Policy

If a product is returned due to the buyer being unavailable or refusing to accept the delivery, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

In such cases, additional two-way shipping charges will apply for re-shipping the product.
The order will be dispatched again only after the re-shipping charges have been paid.
